Feeding Footballers

This weekend we have had the SYDNEY SWANS staying with us here at NOVOTEL COFFS HARBOUR PACIFIC BAY RESORT, once again.  As always, with elite sporting groups, the dietry requirements are always very specific.  Our head chef Tony Gill takes great pride in designing menus to suit these groups effectively to ensure their hungry stomachs are filled.  This morning we received an email from Sydney Swans nutritionist thanking us for our efforts:

Hi Elisa and Tony

I just wanted to thank you for the great service and catering that your team provided to the Sydney Swans during our stay over the weekend.

It really does make an impact on our performance and stress levels (especially mine!) when it all went well.

The team (players and staff) were really happy with the food.  That is a major result in itself!
