Novotel Coffs Harbour Pacific Bay Resort would like to welcome the upcoming Made with Love Markets.
The Made with Love Markets (formerly Coffs Creative Mums’ Market) aims to showcase handmade, local, boutique and unique items made with love by Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles.
The markets will be held quarterly at the resort with stallholders coming from all over NSW.
The next market will be held on:

Executive Chef Recipe of the month

Are you looking for something different to make for your family? or maybe a special treat for mum this Mothers Day. Then why not try our exective chef's recipe of the month!
KYPFLYN - German walnut cookies
250grs of butter
1/2 cup of castor sugar
2 cups of walnuts
2 1/2 cups of plain flour
Process the walnuts till they are all ground up then place into bowl.
Process the butter and caster sugar until light and creamy, then a
dd the ground walnuts a little a little at a time .
Add the flour slowly till combined and t
urn out onto a board.
Brake off little pieces of biscuit mix and form into crescent shape and p
lace on sprayed baking trays and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
When cool dust with icing sugar.
Then ENJOY!
