Charlie's Restaurant
Charlie's Restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast offers a full buffet with choice of hot meals, pastries, fruit and cereals. An all day dining menu starts at 11.00am with a sumptuous menu featuring lighter lunch style meals.
At dinner time, the restaurant offers a comprehensive wine list with an extensive a la carte menu. There's even a specially designed menu for children.
Diners can choose to sit within the restaurant, on the alfresco terrace overlooking the waterfall and lagoon in which waterbirds abound or outside on the rotunda surrounded by the lagoon and the manicured greens of the golf course.
Charlie's Cocktail Bar
Charlie's Cocktail Bar offers refreshing beverages where you can enjoy all your favourite sporting action on the wide screen TV, play a game of pool or simply soak up the ambience on the lagoon terrace.
Grabit and Go
Grab-it-and-go is our room service or self-collection menu offering a choice of light meals, snacks and beverages. Meals are available between 11.30am and 10.00pm.
