There are several dining options within the Novotel Pacific Bay Resort. Our premier dining facility - Charlie's Restaurant offers outstanding a la carte meals and service, overlooking waterfalls, the lagoon and surrounded by palm trees.

Charlie's Cocktail Bar offers refreshing beverages where you can enjoy all your favourite sporting action on the wide screen TV, a game of pool or simply soak up the ambience on the lagoon terrace.

Novotel Pacific Bay Resort also offers a seasonal food and bar service at the Pool Bar, a resort style takeaway service - Grabit and Go - or you can order a barbecue or picnic pack to enjoy by the beach.

charlie's restaurant

Charlie's Restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast offers a full buffet with choice of hot meals, pastries, fruit and cereals. Burgers and focaccia are among other more substantial dishes at lunch between 12.00pm and 3.00pm.

At dinner time, the restaurant offers a comprehensive wine list with an extensive a la carte menu. There's even a specially designed menu for children. Diners can choose to sit within the restaurant, on the alfresco terrace overlooking the waterfall and lagoon in which waterbirds abound or outside on the rotunda surrounded by the lagoon and the manicured greens of the golf course.

Our unique Menu Espresso menu has been designed specifically for the property and is available for in room dining. You can pick it up yourself or for a small fee have it delivered. The meals are delivered in quality take away style containers.

The menu offers a choice of breakfasts, light meals, pizzas, pastas and desserts. Breakfast is available from 7.00am to 10.00am with other meals available between 11.30am and 10.00pm.
