Purpose
Stimulate, Energise, Unwind. Relaxation component toward the end of each session. People who have a good understanding of correct posture can incorporate their knowledge into their everyday activities. This is where the real benefits are found.
Using correct postural movements in your everyday activities will help prevent injuries especially those associated with Back Pain, Shoulder Weakness, and Knee Discomfort and even in some cases can help alleviate headaches from poor postural positioning at an office workstation.
+ Biological Age Testing (BioAge)

As used on the 2009 Biggest Loser Contestants. BioAge is a scientifically developed and medically approved biological age testing system that encourages permanent behavior change through its proven ability to motivate.

During our Mood Foods seminar we explore the relationship between Foods and what affect they have on our Moods. From colour, to emotions, what time food is consumed and even look at the concepts of Mood Food and Wellness.

Up for a bit of a challenge? Like treasure hunting as a kid? Or are you more the academic who loves to solve clues to puzzling questions?.

Purpose
Groups of 2-3 people leave the start at different times with no idea where they will end up. They do know though that on the way they have to choose between physical challenges or mental conundrums in order to locate the ‘treasures’ they need to accumulate on the way. Use your team’s strengths! Discover their weaknesses. Outwit other teams and be victorious in arriving at the destination first! Then reunite afterwards for a debrief session at the bar!
+ Survivor Coffs (Experience)
OK we don’t have a million dollars for you to take home and Novotel isn’t really a remote location but groups will be divided into two or three teams to compete against each other for real life rewards!

Purpose
Teams of 6-10 people need to earn points to reach a predetermined target by the end of the session. Teams will lose points for inaccurate or insufficient results and can also ‘steal’ points from other teams. Activities will involve problem solving games, common sense quizzes and physical challenges. Points are then redeemed or exchanged for real life Corporate rewards which are decided before the start of the game eg longer morning tea breaks, relaxed dress standards on Fridays, healthy food vending machine installation etc.
