Front Office Receptionist

Exciting opportunities exist for enthusiastic and passionate hospitality professionals to join our dynamic Front Office team.

Working within the Front Office team but often working autonomously, you will have a variety of duties including reservations, guest services, reception, cashiering and assisting other departments when required.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will have exceptional grooming and presentation standards, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and have highly developed customer service skills with the commitment to providing superior customer service.

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel/resort Front Office with  practical experience in the use of Computerised Reservation Systems (CRS) and above average computer skills is desirable.

Shift flexibility is required as a seven day roster applies so you must be available to work weekends, early mornings, late evenings and public holidays.

These roles are casual in nature with the possibility of developing into a fulltime position for the right employee.
